Hello again people of UER. I hope this post finds you and yours well. It's been a while since I posted as other interests have occupied my time, of which there is never enough. That said, I don't have time to recreate the post on every site I share on so if you aren't morbidly offended by clicking on a link come on in and peruse the eclectic Centre Cemetery House... http://jermalism.b...emetery-house.html CENTRE CEMETERY by jerm IX, on Flickr I'm on a boat by jerm IX, on Flickr IMG_7825 by jerm IX, on Flickr IMG_7807 by jerm IX, on Flickr

Great to see your name beside a new thread of a brand new location. What a visual treat for the eyes! Too many cool leftovers in one place. I'm a big fan of unique doorknobs and that little book cover from Gun Wolves of Gila is a gem from 1939. The highlight for me is the old Templar sailing ship though. What a find! The Marilyn Munroe cut-out made me chuckle thinking of Xmas. But times have changed: my son had only two things on his Xmas list.... a cardboard cut-out of Jennifer Lawrence, and a zip-line from his bedroom window to the tree in our backyard. I wonder if the Cabbage Patch Kid is a rarity? I tried to look it up, but it seems the number "31" was used on a quite a number of them.
If you're seeing this here on UER, please let me 'Follow' your work on Flickr: https://www.flickr...otos/91808861@N04/ |

^ I have to agree. These days one just can't rely upon UER to broadcast one's urbex adventures. It's also gotta also go on Instragram, Flickr, 500px, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Wordpress, BlogSpot, and all the other social media. While I use social media (sparingly), sometimes I wonder if we're not heading down the proverbial toilet with it. It seemed so much easier when it was just UER and a handful of other dedicated urbex sites. Anyway, rant aside... nice find!

Cheers fellas. Thanks for the warm reception GS. Not sure about the rarity of the Cabbage Patch Kid.

Jerm has been tagging locations since he started on UER... not so much the spray painting but definitely the wheat paste and most recently, stickers...

This shit is everywhere in Peterborough, Kingston and Belleville.
Do mass produced bumper stickers count as tagging?

I wonder if "DO NoT Pay yOUR tAXES!" is another original quote from everyone's favorite Artist*.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. |

good stuff as always Jerm. I'd remind you that "haters are going to hate", "trolls are going to troll" and "assholes are going to Harvest", but I know you already knew that ;D

Great location and photos. I like the selective colors in many of the photos in your blog. You have a great eye for photography.
