Looking for critiques of some night time city shots for actually taking the photograph as well as post processing. Any advice is appreciated

Nice shots, it looks like you have a solid understanding on night photography basics. I'd suggest you try and shoot around blue hour. It'll make your skies much more dramatic and give you a more balanced exposure. It also looks like you're using a wide angle on all of these. Try using a longer lens every now and work on filling up the frame with only the interesting stuff.

I did a quick google search after reading this because I have an app that tells me when golden hour starts, there are several apps and websites that can tell you when blue hour starts.

An app is a good start, but it's hard to really know exactly when and for how long the sky will looks its best. It really depends on the altitude of the clouds that evening. High clouds are awesome since the sun will dip below them earlier and they will light up red (Not my pic: https://farm4.stat...6_47e7e12fb1_b.jpg). With low thick clouds, you may not even get to see the sunset. It's best to get set up before hand and wait out the sunset to see what happens. I rarely motivate myself to go do this, but it makes for a nice night if you get setup and have a nice view.

Exposure nailed. Awesome...now you just have to start playing with the colour/white balance to clear up that orange glow!

i like the 2nd one. reminds me of a few of mine. light trails are a great way to enhance a long exposure. planes,trains,busses, even an LED flashlight can ad a cool effect. keep up the good work

As mentioned, WB will help you, clear skies are usually prettier, and even better is to get some sunrise/sunset stuff in there. Practice nailing the most saturated minute of sunrise/set and have your photo ready to go for those and you should be able to do some awesome stuff!
Sunstars are looking good, don't stop down past f/11 or so, or diffraction will actually fog your photo more than the small aperture sharpens it.
I'd also play around with the Adaptive Wide Angle filter in photoshop to straighten those buildings up, if a Lightroom preset for the lens can't. I've had lots of success with AWA in PS.
