Just celebrated the birth of my third girl, an exploration all in its self.
It was once a pharmaceutical company. I found out the hard way last week when I had security pull a shotgun on me. The guy who approached me was definitely not the security guy in this video. Luckily he was reasonable and I talked my way out of it explaining that I was only there for pictures and not to vandalize or steal copper. Apparently the place used to develop pharmaceuticals and pesticides thus the reason for all the greenhouses. They are definitely watching this place closely because its a copper thieves gold mine. My suggestion would be to go at night or skip it all together!
Thanks everyone! We were definitely going for the "album cover" look in #22 This was a very clean, plush environment so yeah we were pretty comfy lol! That's crazy about the shotgun though!

I went last year, got a shotgun pulled on me by an older security guard who said they have cameras and he saw me and drove down to handle the situation which indicated the security is offsite and responds if need be. He made me put my bag down and searched through it, eventually I talked my way out of it and he escorted me off the property. I'll try and dig up the picture I have of him holding the shotty. I only got entry to the administrative building that had offices and meeting rooms then moved on to the big facility and it was totally sealed. I imagine they anticipate a lot of people scrapping there cause its Richmond so they take security pretty seriously. Do let me know how it goes though because I want to go back~
