Just wondering if there is anyway to view past events? I would like to get in contact with a few of the people from last nights meetup.

That's a very good question which I'm not 100% sure of the answer to. Unfortunately I'm laying in bed and my phones about to die, but I'll definitely look into this for you tomorrow, unless any of the other mods happen to see this and know the answer before then

Past events are viewable, there might be an easier way, but for now this is what I can offer
1. try to remember the last time you viewed the event page here on UER, go into your browser history for that day, and see if a link is there
the basic link to an event is
http://www.uer.ca/...nt.asp?eventid=723
by simply changing the 3 digit number at the end you can dig up all sorts of past events
the other option is if your browser has auto complete for the URL spot, just start typing www.uer.ca/events and i bet your event might pop up in the autocomplete
