Well i was going into smiths falls on friday to go see the CP holiday train, i happened to pass in front of the hospital south unit. there was the problem, its gone, all just a pile of bricks mortar and lead paint.
i dont have any shots yet since it was dark and i was pressed to not miss the train. i will try to get some as soon as possible.

I can't say that I'm fully surprised that they finally knocked it down - that place in awful shape almost four years ago when I visited.

I wasn't lucky enough to get into the main structure, but the heating plant was also in a pretty rough shape.
