Snow storm adventure

My most recent explore has been on my bucket list since I was 15 years old. Finally had the chance to gear up and head out there. If you know the location of this place please don't post it as it is hardly been touched by anyone. No graffiti and most of the damage is from time it self.

Friend fell through some stairs and caused a board to land on my head, it is patrolled by a guard 24 hours. We used the cover of night with the snow storm to gain entry and that caused the hike out to be one i'll never forget.

Love the place *to rest weary bones* Haven't seen old metal pans like that in years. Awesome wheelchair photos...especially the one covered in snow and debris.

This place looks amazing, thanks for sharing. You captured some really surreal and equally great images, too.

Thanks guys.

We used tea candles to light up the autopsy table and the morgue. Everything else is natural lighting.

Sweet spot and some cool images here. Like the shots from the morgue, didn't get the chance to see that when I went here a few years back.

I too was unable to see the morgue. Pitty, it is huge and that is an interesting autopsy table!

Excellent shots man and nice job getting here.

Random update, my buddy went here the other day and was seen by maintenance guys who spent a good amount of time looking for them but they made it out. We also heard another explorer got caught here as well. Good luck as im sure it will be on lock down now.

Beautiful / impressive shots. There definitely places that I have avoided because I didn't think I could pull off any decent shots at night. Your photos are making me rethink that idea. Can you share what you used to to light the room - flashlight, portable flood light, other?

Thanks again for the post!

Thanks guys.

The morgue was was in the basement with zero outside light. My buddy had the idea from the get go use little tea lights. We set them up and moved them around till we got the light how we wanted it. If you go into photo shop and change the white balance you can get a more "natural" look but this is how the room looked that night and I decided the true yellow candle light made for the better image.

This is some kinda of test image I took (I hope)lol. You can see the tea lights set up.

Also I cooled off the white balance almost full to give you guys a better idea of what I was saying.
