so i know this is the northeast forum but i was on vacation in greece recently and randomly came across an abandoned water park. though i would share the few pictures i got while there, it was right off the road so i kinda had to be quick, in and out with it, but still wanted to post here what i was able to get. i wish i had had more time to actually get out and explore and see some places but unfortunately i was on the go constantly from place to place. as far as history of it, i did see flyers and things dated as recently as 2012, so it seems that it couldn't have closed that long ago. though it was evident that there has been little to no upkeep here, it was a cool find. hope you enjoy! 1. sign from the road advertising for the park
2. main entrance in
3. there was a really small kids area next to the main pool in the middle
4. there were like 4 slides up, i didn't go up, wasn't too steady
5. yes... this glass is the cabinet and i use it to drink from now
6.
7.
8. this was the biggest slide in the park, overall it was pretty small but cool
9.
10. and just to finish up a sunset, pretty sweet.

What an awesome find! I'm so surprised it isn't vandalized...Is that just in the US??

Nice man! Looks like we both had a good time in Europe. Shoot me a message sometime you're in my area

The glass is awesome haha, one of the better souvenirs from my travels I can't really say about vandalism, this was the only place I had the opportunity to see while over there, though I would have liked to have seen more, but this was in alright shape, despite having closed from what it seemed like only a couple years ago. southshore definitely was a great vacation, Europe is always a good time haha, glad you enjoyed your trip too, I'll let you know when I'm in the area!
