Very nice set. The more in-tact places like that always spook me a little, it's easier to get the feeling I really shouldn't be there than when a place is obviously open to the elements. Burst pipes? Were they the downfall of the place, or a result of neglect after it closed?

patient records. There is wholes in the roof causing the water damage. They were buckets trying to catch water. Attic was locked so, was not able to gain access. This was a home before conversion it was Gas lighting and Electric when it was built.
