Hey all! Please enjoy this set from this weekend. This park has been vacant since around 2006 and was a lot of fun to explore. I will say, not a great day for photography and this place certainly is missing some of the beauty of the more intricately constructed hospitals and schools I have been to. That said, it was a really fun explore and definitely off of the beaten path. I'll be putting it up in the DB as well.

Note, for some reason, 2 pictures will not upload. I even made copies of them and tried to upload the copies to no avail.. Please check out https://plus.googl...053591205219260577 for the complete set Thanks! 1.

Where's beach? Indeed.
"And when he came to, he was flat on his back on the beach in the freezing sand, and it was raining out of a low sky, and the tide was way out." |

The minimalist photography trend has been catching on.

The files are IN the computer!

Now that you've got pics up, I must say - Nice set!

Thank you. These computer things are finicky.... All that aside, it was a great explore. Got some really dope shots coming from the past two days more in the greater Boston area.

Many of these are ruined by jagged diagonal lines resulting from resizing in some shitty program. I really like 10, though.

I use lightroom when I edit. I think it's just from the uploader resizing. The set on google+ comes through much, much better.

I am not sure why it closed. Easy to find, and no real access control from what I have seen when I go by there from time to time. I grew up near here so it was a common destination back in the day. Decent pics but the white balance seems overly green/yellowish. hardly worth bothering to add to the DB, anyone with a couple seconds on google can find it, along with specific directions.

I tend to bring up the warmth in some of the pictures during post processing, I like the look and the feel of yellows/greens/browns. Guess it's just a matter of preference. Glad to see that despite it's local notoriety, it has remained in such good shape! You New Hampsters keep it clean! As for the DB entry, you can pretty much google any place listed in the DB and find directions, pictures and maps so I'm not really clear as to why this would be any different?

Definitely like the pics! 2 & 21 are my fav.
Damn the man, save the empire! |
