Yeah, I'd like to know the back story as to what happened here that the EPA had to get involved. Great photos and coverage of the place!

I've seen photos of this place before, and what can I say....it looks amazing. Great job capturing all of these little artifacts and rooms before they were cleared out. And yeah, a tiny bit of history on why it shut down would be interesting!

That is truly tragic. The pictures... gods, that place would be my heaven. Of course, I always show up a day late and a dollar short. Why did this place get a cleanup? More importantly, what's out there that is as amazing as this place? This region, the west coast, and TX (austin area) are all areas I can explore. If you're willing to share, please pm me.

Thanks for the kind words! I went with three awesome ladies and out of respect for them and the fact I don't give out details on places I explore I'm staying quiet on this one. I hope everyone understands... : )
