Abandoned Farm Hidden in Suburbia (pic heavy, kind of)

Hello! first time posting to the forum, but i'm a vet explorer. Thought i'd share this interesting find that I have yet to see anywhere on the internet. Years ago, while exploring the woods behind my childhood neighborhood in Louisville I stumbled upon a massive abandoned property hidden in between neighborhoods. The property consisted of a main home, still full of seemingly everything, oddly enough including some food in the oven, a large barn still full of tools and hay, and a plethora of other storage sheds and work trucks. I have since revisited the area, to see it in pretty bad shape, with a partial roof collapse. I didn't get pictures of everything, mostly just the main home and barn,, the most interesting part of this property is the fact that it is encircled by neighborhoods but has been left alone for the most part. Pictures 1-9 were taken with a cheapo canon rebel, the rest were taken with expired film in a plastic camera. Enjoy! and let me know if you all have ever visited/know anything about it!

So interesting that it sits in the middle of neighborhoods which probably have tons of kids living in them... Yet the place seems to be nothing more than natural decay, and doesn't even look like there are signs of people. I guess that is just an indicator of how different kids are today! When I was a kid that place would have been a playground with "secret forts", bike trails, and whatever else was fun before video games and going to the mall became the thing to do. We would have known every square inch of the forest between our houses. Then again, kids today would get hurt and their parents would sue the owner of the property and tear the whole place down haha That or they would vandalize and destroy the whole place

Btw, I really like the expired film shots. Especially 14 and 18

I dig the sewing machine in 9! It's in good condition considering all the destruction surrounding it.
