This is a stunning culvert considering it just runs under a field I had a look at the infall first but that was a complete no go so I walked down to the 12x18ft brick outfall. Pretty much straight away the depth of the water fluctuates between a couple of inches and waist deep from one step to the next, combine that with how slippy all the rocks are and it's a recipe for disaster, quite a few times I thought I was going swimming but managed to stay upright. Wow great pictures! Is this tidal? (i.e. does the water go down in low tide?) And what's the story behind picture 4? It looks like a side pipe that has been partially filled in? In pictures 6 and 7, is there a natural waterfall at the outfall? That looks beautiful!
