The pictures aren't very good. This plant had two rail lines that ran underneath it. The giant hoppers would fill 2o railroad cars with gravel at once. It was abandoned in the 1930's I believe. 1.

I drove by that and wondered... WTF is sitting in/on that weird ass spot by the river? I'd already been driving like 40 hours so I wasn't up for investigating, but cool pics.
