There may already be a thread made for this location, but I didn't see one so here are a few of mine I took that day. I REALLY enjoyed this location if you couldn't tell by all the pictures, but this place is fascinating!

Looks like a good explore!

I heard years ago about people getting permission visits there- is that still the case or did y'all just go for it?

Thanks it was an amazing time exploring this place! We did the latter, but you can get permission to go as well.

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

It is so amazing that this beautiful factory has been around since the 80's... 1880's!
The location looks like it may have been abandoned sometime in the 1960's, possibly early 70's o.O

Do you have any story behind it?

Thanks so much! I like that picture too. The lights from the sun were beautiful in these buildings.

It was started in 1888 and closed in 1971 from what I've read about it. Plus. the sign obviously told me when it opened. The sand and gravel quarry around it is still active. At one point in history this town was very populated and all the men in the town and surrounding towns worked here.

The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.
