When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store. |

My favorite year of Falcon is got to be 1964, same my favorite year of Galaxie. My dad is all about classic Ford, but his tastes run to the eclectic. At the garage, we have a 64 Galaxie 500 tagtop (64k on the odometer, 390V8/Cruise-o-matic), next to that is the 79 Thunderbird streetrod (429CJ/C6). Outside is a 78 Thunderbird T-top and in front of that is a 78 Mustang II hatchback.

I love the 64 galaxie. Great car! Pretty rare to find a 64 drop top with so few miles. I bet the t-bird moves out with a 429! It's funny, I actually fell in love with the early galaxies '61-'64 originally but needed something I could daily drive. So for mpg purposes I started looking at Fairlanes, Falcons and Comets. To my surprise the car actually does extremely well as a DD. Aside from lack of power it stops well, handles well and rides pretty nice. Although I do miss FM radio haha!

I'm lucky enough that my little car was blocked out of view from the main road by the building and the rock in front of it. Gotta love the Honda Civic.

Isn't the golden rule of urban exploring NEVER park on site, or anywhere near the place unless you want to attract police?

My friends Grand Cherokee that she just got. We took it out for it's first day of exploring on Friday. It handled the pothole filled streets of Buffalo with ease.

I'll be working all day tomorrow. I would be down for meeting up for a beer when I get out of work today or tomorrow though!

we got here about 3:30pm and I had to take a nap after the trip. Woke up and we had dinner at the Pearl Street Grille down by the arena... the food was amazing. Think we're going to Niagara Falls this afternoon and then the Sabres game tonight, then back to the still frozen Adirondacks tomorrow morning. We're staying at the Hilton Garden in downtown buffalo. My friend (Shael on here) is a hotel afficiando and insisted that we stay here. (this trip was her idea). Reads like a goddamn travelogue.
