New to the forum. I was on a vacation in New Orleans, and guess what I found, along with thousands before me. Abandoned Six Flags. Spent hours, over three days. Even prowled thru the HR offices, and warehouses. So cool. I know, its not a secret place but now I'm hooked. Since coming home, I have checked out a certain fort on the coast). (was born there) an abandoned juvenile hall/city home on the coast, and some underground tunnels down south. I am in California, and looking for suggestions.

Welcome! Keep contributing to the forum, and you'll be a respected explorer in no time! (Heads up, you may not get a whole lot of suggestions, as handouts are frowned upon.) Happy exploring!

5 years later and you're still waiting.... You are a more patient man than I, Doug!

Well if Doug can raise a dead thread... these things take time.
Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |

I'm like Santa Clause, the more of you that believe in me, the better the resurrection will work.

Dad? I didn't know you explored. Is it just me thinking about these people's fates whenever something like this happens? This is obviously a hobby with its own risks but you'd always expect these people to return from their explores. Or maybe I'm too negative and they just gave up on the hobby. Or didn't want to share updates here anymore.

Heh. This trend never took off here in the land of the cold, so fortunately I never had to be reminded of death while having my daily glass.

These two haven’t posted in a while.
John David Gosch was a 12-year-old paperboy in West Des Moines, Iowa, who disappeared without a trace between 6 and 7 A.M. on September 5, 1982. He is presumed to have been kidnapped. As of 2019, there have been no arrests made and the case is now considered cold but open. Juanita Lee Estevez was 15 years old when she was kidnapped on November 27th 1984. Her fate remains unknown.
