Hey guys, new on the forum, In Vancouver. Have rarely done any urban exploration but I'm interested in finding some Vantage points for skyline photography. I tried to get into a high-rise construction site the other night, but left when i saw a security guard. I'm Not into anything illegal or dangerous, so the easier the spot the better. Also not interested in burly climbs, but i've worked on a hi-rise condo-development before so i'm willing to try that again. Was looking for a stairwell to climb but the only one i found was locked. I heard of a mutual friend once accessing the roof of the Hyatt hotel? and it didnt sound like it was too difficult. I'm not sure about your etiquette on sharing spots, but If you know of any easy to access (and safe) roofs with good views of Downtown and the mountains, let me know i guess. thx

SFU is pretty good, kind far out of the city but the views are still awesome. I'm aware of arbutus ridge as well, but would have first mentioned the viewpoint at Queen E Park, To answer my own question, or anyone with one similar, i found some parking garages around Main St. at Keefer? With some good views from the roof, and open to the public. I was hoping to find something along the broadway corridor.
