So a kid that looks like he is 13 years old does underage drinking, gets drunk and drives to a place to do some trespassing and than comes here to brag about it.

Sounds like a very smart idea.

In case the get caught by the police, you will have at least a funny mugshot and some lawyer will make a lot of money of you.

If I do ever get caught, I'm going to demand that they use that picture in the news.

Also, at the rate that I actually get the chance to go exploring, I'll probably have my law degree before that even happens, so I won't need a lawyer.

I am not sure if you know that, but when you get booked, you can not demand anything.
You might not become a lawyer when they catch you drunk trespassing as this might prevent you from becoming one.

For all the rock climbing you do in abandoned buildings, right?
Damn, that stick is DEEP, lol!

Sorry, that was a joke. I'm in school for ecology, not law haha.

If you're going to have a beer and/or a smoke while exploring... do it. It's no big deal. Those aren't things that require approval by anyone else but yourself whether you're in an abandonment or not... You don't need a thread to know if you should be doing it or not... you know if you can handle a beer, you know the spot you are going to explore... etc. Use common sense. Maybe don't smoke in an active flour silo mill type of place... and maybe don't drink four malt liquor 40's before climbing a bat shit crazy russian bridge.. etc... But IMO there is nothing wrong with enjoying a beer while walking around an abandoned building. It's not even something worth questioning.

There are some locations where I'll happily get drunk, and some where I would never dream of drinking or bringing anyone who intended to.

Personally, when it comes to weed, although I'm not in any way against people smoking weed (I support legalization) it makes me very uncomfortable if I find out someone in the group has weed on them while we're exploring anywhere but the most low-risk locations, purely because of the legal implications. That's just me though; no judgement against people who feel differently about it!

100 feet under Paris. We were all WASTED! (As you might be able to tell from that photo)

The only issue was making 30 odd very drunk tourists climb out a 100' ladder onto the streets. Only one near miss.

That is one hell of an underground bar! Don't fancy a drunken climb up a 100 foot ladder though. My coordination is lacking at the best of times.

I was at a party in the woods one night and the cops came. My buddy and I had to run in the dark with just the moon to light the way, thank god for a clear night.Well, anyway we got lost and came across a hermit dwelling it was 2 rooms and built with scrap wood and an outhouse it was very creepy .Woke up next morning and tried to find it with no luck

I usually drink a beer to celebrate a good explore in a cool location or rooftop.
If i pro-hobo in a location we have multiple beers and have a blast.

But exploring when totally wasted or drugged seems quite dangerous to me, because you're totally not focused

Remaining totally focused is no fun at all.

I personally wouldn't do it, but have no problem if people want to have a sensible amount during the explore.

I once explored Pyestock, the legendary UK industrial site with a large group, one of whom was pretty much chain smoking weed the whole drive down there which wasn't cool, was a good thing I enjoyed his company so much.

Didn't say you have to be totally focussed though ;)
Focused enough to keep out of danger and troubles.

Can't imagine walking in a place on acid :')

Oh, don't forget the PCP. Ever climb a crane on PCP? It's invigorating.

This might just be the best advice I have ever read on this forum. But I'm all for smoking bowls/blunts/joints on rooftops, especially if it's a location you've been trying to get into for a while. Victory hit.
