I don't know if I posted this already but to make really good sloppy joes:
1lb beef
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
garlic if you want
salt
sugar
campbell's tomato soup mix and one can of water
Brown the meat and drain the grease. Add the other ingredients, let it simmer, and enjoy. Tastes so much better than manwich.

Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup- serves 4- (1 ¼ c plus tortilla chips)
1 (14 ½ oz.) can of Rotel
1 (14oz. can reduced sodium chicken broth
2 cups thawed frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn, and red pepper)
1 C. water
2 tsp. cumin
1 T. lime juice
1 c cooked chicken breast
3 T chopped fresh cilantro
12 baked tortilla chips crumbled
Combine tomatoes, broth, vegetables, water, and cumin in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer covered until the vegetables are tender, and 10 min. stir in the cilantro and lime juice. Divide between 4 soup bowls. Top each serving with tortilla chips.
