I think the property was bought by developers. It used to be all foresty, but it was sold once, clear cut, then put on the market again.

Its very rustic. Has kind of a modern woodsy feel to it. I like it a lot.

Sadly, according to someone that was on the site when we went there again recently, they will begin tearing things down within the next month
