I have used this screen name for about 10 years. Being a big nerd and all, I play a lot of RPGs and DnD. That is where the name came from. Recently I've seen other people steal it for other forums and websites. I am the original though!

cdevon1200 was my first online forum username, I kinda stuck with it. I use F1256 on drag racing forums as its my number plate number.

My original name on YouTube was LaddyDongdegs. Not originally realizing that the name contained the word "dong", I wanted a new name, but wanted to keep it in the family (the opiliones family, of course). So HarvestmanMan it was.

I later decided that having two "man"s in my name sounded like I was trying to compensate for something, so I took one off.

Maybe by trying to not sound like you're compensating for something you're compensating for something.

And i Like Trailer PArk boys because it's hilarious and growing up in a city with the highest crime rate and the second highest unemployment rate means i get to see real life versions of those characters in real life - (mostly Drunk, dumbs losers in this town)

So yeah'

Ok, I started off as Hockey63...
SUPER CREATIVE!

Ok, so I'm Compton Ass Kenny on a lot of places now but I first used it here...I think.

Ok, so I live in a pretty affluent, white suburb on the southern side of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is really racially segregated by three major rivers and it's hilly terrain. I am white but I originally lived in an area called the Northside which is a primarily black ghetto. I lived right in the center of it until I was 7 and then I moved to a neighborhood on the outter edge of the Northside which was not nearly as bad as where I formerly lived. I continued to go to the same school I started at, which was a magnet school nor far from my first house.

I moved across the river to the southern side of the city when I was 9 but still lived within the city limits. The neighborhood I lived in was practically all white but everyone thought they were OG GANGSTAS. Being 9 years old and a rational person I was pretty confused because everyone said they were black, which they weren't and wouldn't of make them gangsters anyways. I was like "I know black people and I know gangsters...you are neither one of these." I actually had like no friends because I didn't want to be a "gangsta."

I still live there now but my dad moved to the neighborhood I attend school at now so I could go there. Well I'm a story teller and like to talk about my past and early on in highschool I happened to tell some people about where I lived and that when I was like 4 a guy got shot in my back alley in a drug deal gone bad and that he died, which actually happened, and that when I was really little I asked my parents "When am I gonna turn brown"... So occasionally after telling them about that they or I would jokingly say I was "Straight Outta Compton"

I liked the idea of it and I eventually saw this on Viva La Bam and adopted it.

Got the idea as a teen from a misheard lyric in The Crow and have just stuck to it for lack of a better idea on some of the forums I'm on.

Misheard lyric: "Just paint your face a shadowed smile"
Actual lyric: "Just paint your face, the shadows smile"

4 characters was too short for a nickname, i guess. I'd like to use my surname as a nickname...why? it's very easy to remember because of this singer

but using that nickname is kind of annoying because i'm often mistaken "so you're a guy or are you Finnish? Do you like singer Mika?"

so i had to choose something that doesn't point at gender , sounds silly and in English. And then "telefontubbie" came into my mind very quickly because i was already registered in some local forums with a similar nickname.
