I'll miss it when it's gone. You still manage to post pictures from here of parts I've never seen and probably never will, even after 4 trips.

You need to make some sort of dedication website to it when it's torn down with a maps and photos from all the parts.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that these are all amazing.

I was thinking about doing this for a different place that I love even more.

There are people that know Hudson way more than I.

Thanks people

Hell yeah on the medium format film usage. I wish I could get there someday. I shoot mainly with a Mamiya 7 and RZ67.

Amazing work, I love each one. You've somehow managed to make this look like a completely different hospital.

When are we going again? It's getting warmer!

Did you see any of the security crew while you were there? Went there this summer and after a couple hours of exploring was chased by a security car. Very close call! Involved jumping out a window and running through the woods.

Chased by security in a security car or a dude in a white pickup truck?

Your photos really do this place justice. Just when I was getting tired of peeling-paint abandonments too - this just feels good to look at!

This is one of the best places I've gone to and I would REALLY like to go back before it goes. My little group saw nobody driving around, but did run into two other groups while we were there.

I will say... the big building was pretty underwhelming (aside from the Medical Library which I could have spent hours in).

dude, you mean the big big building? with all the fences and cameras?
We always see people driving/parked in that area so we figured it was impossible but I've pretty much been everywhere else around there. Any neat stories? Last time I could have sworn I felt something grab my shoulder~

The building that I am referring to is the one this picture was taken atop.
