Im headed to NOLA for spring break and i'm planning to check this place out, but i heard the city recently put tons of money into securing it again, is there any truth to this?

Heh, I doubt they'll ever do anything with the place other than use it as a film set and eventually demolish it. Planning to go out there again this weekend if the weather cooperates, so I guess I'll find out if security has been increased again.
