I mean, these are all stupid ads and that's why I started this thread... but, my god. What were they thinking? I mean, that car wasn't exactly the epitome of excitement, styling, quality, or... anything.
Both trucks had actually started to rust before filming of each ad was completed. Having said that, I love those trucks.
(I think the only one still in existence from the upside down row of trucks is the Ranger, I still see the odd one from that generation around.)
We seem em quite often out here and they are extremely popular to turn into wheeling rigs. But its been a mint since Ive seen one without rust, they even rust away out here where we dont use salt on the roads. I would daily drive one if I could find one in extremely nice shape.
