It should be on the list, unless you do it right with an air ride pneumatic suspension so you can actually lift and lower the car to keep the tires from getting the shit kicked out of them and flared fenders.
All the ones I've had the...well, not pleasure that's for sure, of seeing done right have actually had flared fenders and air ride so you can actually raise the car 6 or 8 inches so you can actually drive it without ripping the ground effects or whatever totally off the car.

Saw an E30 last night on the highway.... Doing 80..... that had this BS done to it. It was literally riding on the inside sidewalls! NO tread contacting the road. I am all for customizing your vehicle but you've crossed a major line when you do something that puts others on the road around you at risk.

Ah, that explains it. No one around here does that, so I've never seen it. Seriously, the roads around here are such shit, you couldn't go 100 yards like that.

Although, to be fair, I'd never heard the term either. I had always referred to them as slammed cars since that's what the guys at work call them.
