While we're talking Calgary, they levelled the SE Downtown Arby's (it sat empty for a couple years), as well as the CBC building on Memorial. Surprised that place couldn't find a better tenant.. also sad that someone deemed it worth more money as infills or whatever. Pfft.
Hey Nicknolte.... were we wearing blindfolds in August/September of last year? How did those get away?

CBC was an unfortunate scout. I'm still disappointed at the building behind the Arby's that was leveled so quickly.

If only... Molson's too active these days. They just had a bobcat on-site for a couple days. Replaced the boarding a few weeks before that. Replaced the fencing a few weeks before that. I wonder if they're ever going to do anything meaningful with that place.
