Well, the fire-damaged house was in REAL BAd shape, worse than I imagined, considering what they're asking for it. Here's a few pictures:

The four houses directly east of this one were also severely burned and condemned by the city, so the block ain't looking to pretty either. The fires were caused by embers from a huge fire several blocks away, back in March.
