this was done by an animating firm out of Missouri on what the C7 Vette may look like. http://autos.yahoo...tures-to-life.html

Those lines sure do look familiar.
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. |

Well at least I can continue to hate the Corvette. That's fucking ugly. Only GM could fuck up a taillight design they've been using for 50 years.
hi i like cars |

Corvettes never excited me, and this one is no exception. It looks like a Chrysler.

The Corvette is an acquired taste...it takes a man like Templeton Peck to pull off the car....

other than the square tail lights and the cheap looking led headlights it looks ok, i guess. since i cant afford one it doesnt really matter

Looks good from the side, but I am so tired of Chevy slapping Camaro-esque taillights on everything.

keep in mind folks that this was a rendering by an independent company based on spy photos of different test mules and other renderings. this car isn't the finished product.

Though I care so little.

Curious Chevrolet would actually consider this, as the Corvette usual configuration is so iconic... I am sure the real machine will look a whole less-Ferrari-esque. These 'studies' are often bordering on pathetic. A similar study of the new Porsche simply used a Toyota 86 press shot with a Panamera front end 'shopped on. Neko.

That's unfortunate.

That rear end is horrible, it's like they teamed up a bunch of Cadillac (ooh, sharp edges!) designers with whoever designed the taillights on the 1973 Mustang and Pinto.
