Hoping this can keep the board a little more active. Since I saw two in one week, I'll just put both: Brave and Ted Brave was really wonderful. Beautifully done by Pixar as usual and very heart warming. It makes you want to hug your mum. Ted was everything you would expect it to be. Entertaining with a cheesy plot. Not all the funny parts were spoiled in the trailers so that was a plus

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. Such a ridiculously fun movie. Debating on going to see it again today or to see Moonrise Kingdom, I am a sucker for Wes Anderson flicks.

Prometheus.

In the last month or so? Brave, Ted, Amazing Spiderman, Snow White and the Huntsman and MiB3.

Just got out of Moonrise Kingdom, it was Astounding!

Abe Lincoln and Spiderman. Batman and Expendables are next. Pretty much all action/thriller/blockbusters, I don't like watching comedies or serious movies in movie theatre.

Looking forward to both of those. Was bummed that GI Joe was bumped to next year.

Prometheus 3D IMAX. It was beautiful to watch, and an enjoyable ride, but cold have been so much more. Savages. Pure fucking garbage.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter I was pleasantly surprised and all in all am glad I saw it in theaters.

I think the Woman in Black was the last thing I saw in the theater. I'm not big on going to the theater; too expensive, and I rarely get to see what I want.

Definitely want to see Abraham Lincoln. Might go see that tomorrow actually. Very excited for Batman too. Finding Nemo is apparently going to be in theatres again in 3D. If they have it in IMAX I definitely want to see it. I love that movie OH! The Hobbit!!

I like my action movies cheesy. And from the trailer it doesn't look like Tatum survives, which is always a good thing.

Hunger Games. I rather enjoyed the movie, but now want to read the books. It seems they glossed over or omitted some rather important things, making the movie a bit confusing to someone who knew nothing about the series.

Prometheus. Before that, probably Tron 2.0.

BATMAN ...
So most people will detest me for this but the new Spiderman got me way more excited than Batman ... I guess I'm just partial to a geek turned badass who runs around Manhattan climbing bridges and swinging off skyscrapers. Dunno why that could be.

The Avengers. This movie was pretty awesome. It didn't hurt that every scene Scarlett Johansen was in they managed get her ass into the frame. Very nice indeed

Saw The Man With the Iron Fists and Wreck it Ralph last week. I loved Wreck it Ralph, my son also enjoyed it. He even left his 3D glasses on the whole time! Iron Fist was a lot of fun, silly, and a throwback to old school exploitation and kung fu flicks.

The last film I saw on the big screen was Shutter Island. The fantastic cinematography and Penderecki on surround sound was worth it. I might go to the theatre for Life of Pi.
