I just got back from Walt Disney World in Florida last week and I heard rumblings about this before I left. Test Track in Epcot has been one of my favorite rides since it opened in 1998. Every time I've been down there with my family we make it a point to ride it, not once but several times. This time, we did it 4 or 5 times because my 4 year old nephew kept saying, "Can we go again?!" every time we got off of it. http://blog.tourin...vy-as-new-sponsor/ The refurb has already started with the addition of a Chevrolet showroom where you can get up close and personal with new Chevy vehicles, as well as purchase them and a new merchandise shop. The ride officially closes in April to open this fall with new music and other changes. It's supposedly not just cosmetic changes, but some big changes to the ride itself and the addition of some audience participation in car design elements. Next time, Sam is coming with me. (even if he says no)

Good on you.
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. | |
I find Test Track to be one of the most boring rides at any of the parks, including Ellen's Energy Nap and Carousel of Air Conditioning.
