It's all over the news in Quebec today. Some kid filmed himself while committing illegal actions (driving without a seatbelt, holding a cell phone while driving, passing on a red light, insulting the police, etc). And he posted this on Youtube.
The cops tracked him down and gave him multiple citations totalling 356$ and nine points.
