Post your dessert creations

My first:

Antioxidant Berry Sorbet - frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, acai juice, raw honey. If I measured I probably would have used 1/2-3/4 cup of each berry and juice and 1tsp-1tbsp of honey. Also added a few ice cubes. Not sure if those are even necessary though.

That looks really good. I made something similar when we had a bunch of friends over for dinner (minus the ice cubes)...a berry salsa with homemade tortilla chips dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon. I'll have to find the recipe to post...
