Stumbled across a potential gem in Middletown, assuming it hasn't been demo'd.
Does anyone know the status of the Studio Theater on Central Ave? I'm driving down on Saturday to scout it out, but if it's already gone I won't waste the gas.

Theater is still standing as of today.
