I LOVE the Charger SRT8 but i do wish the grille were all giant aka instead of the crosshairs up top, integrate the structural/bumper splitting the two grilles into a huge crosshair. yeahhh. badass.

and the ZL1? not bad, but if i were to ever get a camaro it'd have to have a less futuristic interior, a high-strung twin turbo v6, and 200lbs less. thats what i'm hoping the actual z28 will be!

I'm with you, Sam. I'm glad Detroit isn't afraid to still crank out a car with some real personality instead of folding and just making econoboxes.

And velcro, the SRT-8 bumper you're describing sounds to me kind of like how the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X is, am I getting the right mental image?

have you seen the pics? it's already got a lot of full-size american lancer evo look to it... not bad by any stretch and i think the mean wide mouth angry eyes suits the charger a bit better than the evo.

Just imagine a vertical beam the size of the bumper dividing the two grilles to make one large crosshair instead of a small crosshair and a big empty lower grille.

also, sammy... you going to give the srt8 a test drive? something tells me you'd enjoy the boatloads of torque from a big N/A engine.
