All you need to do is post this:

{youtube=xxxxx} (But exchange the braces for brackets)

Where "xxxxx" is the string of letters and numbers after where it says "watch?v=" in the URL for the video. Such as this: "Q0fsSXbHsQk" Sometimes, though, depending on how you got to the video, that doesn't work. Going to youtube and searching for the video seems to be the best way. Click "spellcheck and preview" to make sure it worked before posting. I had a lot of trouble getting them to work at first.
