this years "Canadian Tire" Christmas commercial:

some fat bozo decorates the house for christmas while his wife is out. he uses the "socket wrench-set" that his wife bought him for christmas. as she comes home, she is all impressed with his amazing decorating job he has done, all thanks to the "socket wrench-set" he was fumbling and trying to hide...

why this pisses me off:

i have never decorated my house for any holiday using a socket wrench...

well maybe that's why your wife is never impressed with your decorating. maybe you should go buy a socket wrench.

There's always a moronic bumbling guy, and the wife that is always the smart/intelligent/not stupid person. So very annoying.

Before it was that whipped "Canadian Tire guy" with the soccer mom and that fat kid with the raft.

I'm a white male, and while I can take a joke, enough is enough, please start poking fun at both genders, all races, ect.

I can't even be proud of my gender without some women calling me sexist.

I can't even be proud of my colour without most other races calling me racist, or a supremist.

I am white, I'm proud of my heritage, and I'm not better then you, I'm equal damn-it!!!

Frankly, I can't claim any real ownership over my 'colour' mainly because I didn't have any say in the matter. To that end, I look back on the several hundred years of 'my colour's history' and I can honestly say that there's not a whole lot to be proud of.

That said, if I did have the choice, I would ave been born brown, simply because (according to Animal Kingdom logic) there's safety in numbers.

I hate canadian tire.

fuck canadian tire. fuck their advertisements. and fuck the owner of store 17 in Campbellford.

Their ad for the snow tires with the dumbass and his minivan is a good one... the van starts to slide, his wife grabs the wheel. Maybe if she didn't try to grab the wheel, they wouldn't need snow tires!

At least they got rid of the two most useless tools in the whole inventory:
