I always hated when professors took a day off from class, but made the students come in to watch a movie.

...now I get to hate being the grad student that has to get up early to show the movie to undergrads when the professor is out, as my scholarship requires me to be the department's bitch :/

To add to your pain-inflicting pleasure, have them sign an attendance sheet at the beginning of the class...and THEN at the END of the class to prove that they actually sat through the entire movie.

And write a summary about it!
