Worked 16 hours today..... Had 640 samples and a $3,000 in sales.

Dumb fucking shift managers kept pissing me the fuck off and fucking up the store. I kicked there asses from managing the store and they decided to challenge me. Bitch please, you threaten to fire me and call the area manager? I don't have to listen to you nor do I have to follow your orders.

Oh I see you... go bitch to the Area Manager? Guess what he agrees with me as I called him before I removed you. Also he tells you that I work for the President of the Franchise so only he can fire me. So I can fire who I want, take over a store if it is running poorly, and take over control of employee's. Ya I saw that "oh fuck look" in your face when you learned who I was. I may be new to the store to you...but don't fuck with me as I don't wear a collared shirt for nothing.


Lesson Learned- If it is one of the busiest days of the year for us don't fuck it up. If I see you fucking it up I will remove you from your position or fire you if you refuse to stand down.

look at it this way, if you're fired where I work, there is a good chance that the union will get you your job back for you. One has to just about kill someone to get fired from where I work.

Lucky you. Here's just a taste of the horse shit from the contract security industry.

I got removed from a site earlier this year and found out about a month and a half later that someone falsely complained to the board of directors that I was rude to him. Even though the Property Manager there knew the guy was full of shit, he had no choice but to call my boss and ask for me to be removed. No wonder the guy is fed up with those assholes.

I was told not to have any contact with the client, I was not even allowed to confront my accuser nor was I allowed to defend myself. Of course, I found out this client is proving to be a major problem to my boss and my boss may not renew the contract when the current one expires. Fuck them. I really hope they have no security on site when a major emergency happens and would be more than happy to see the looks on their faces when the shit hits the fan!!! If it wasn't for the strike in Toronto and another guard having a family emergency, I would have been out of work for four months.

On the better side, I started at another brand new contract three weeks ago and the site rate is two dollars per hour more. So, fuck those worthless piles of shit!
