i got sent home from work this morning as I looked like death and felt it. Amazing how one little virus can fuck your shit up so bad. I only got maybe three hours in, got home around 9:30am and went right back to bed... i've been there ever since. the only bright spot was that I got to sleep and then watch the blues brothers.
Get a good amount of sleep and Vit C and it'll be over in a week or so, if it's not one of those "it's been a month why am I still f*cking sick" viruses.
Yeah, and until then Dr. Debi recommends Advil Cold and Sinus for the daytime and Tylenol Cold (Liquid) for night.
Where I work they are not "sick day friendly" and therefore I swear I have tried everything on the market while I'm sick. These are the two best products (for me) by far.
Those Thera-Flu powders that you mix with hot water are pretty effective too, but they taste like shit.
