Sounds right and make sure you're eating properly.

I have family and friends who are diabetic and most of them have been able to keep it under control for years with proper diet and excercise.

Good luck Sam. That really sucks having diabetes. I was very relieved when my blood work came up negative for diabetes.

Well. Gout has finished in one foot and moved to the other. I somehow made it to work last week but last night I hit the wall. I just got up about an hour ago and the pain killers are helping fortunately.

Again, work to do and I'm not in the best of shape. I felt pretty rotten earlier today and thought "Wonderful! Not even 45 and I'm already a useless cripple". Blagh!

Doing better now and when the pain lessens, will try to get some stuff done around the house.

No wonder some elderly people get pretty cranky. Combo of pain and not being able to do the things they used to do on their own can really get someone down.
