Every one? I'll do the ones on the bookshelf in front of me, alphabetically by author.

In keeping with Onyx Oryx's post [+] = Liked it, [-] = Neutral, [x] = Didn't like

List!

That's a great list. Physics, philosophy, and Vonnegut. I think I love you.

my favorite 'good time' reading, boiled down to five lines

The Foundation series -- Asimov
The Sprawl and Bridge trilogies -- Gibson
The Wheel of Time series -- Jordan
World War Z -- Brooks
House of Leaves -- Danielewski

not my critical favorites, but my go-to books when i want a good read.

Freedom breeds war; and Peace, slavery. So it shall be forevermore: Men who love freedom buy it with their lives, and lovers of peace with their freedom.

Recently added Revolutionary Road by Richard Yates and The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche. Just finished Revolutionary Road and enjoyed it. Only started The Tibetan.
