Why is it that whenever we do get a place to explore around here, it gets demo'ed really quickly? It makes me sad

Also, does anybody know whats going on with the Marycrest Home for the aged? Its behind the old St Josephs hospital, and it looks like they are prepping it to be ripped down or something.
