	I was wondering if there were any decent pro cameras out there for around $1000. New or used. Only Canon & Sony though.

	My friend got a killer deal from ebay. It's a bit over your budget (1500$) but he got: -Canon XL1s BRAND NEW (!!!) still scealed in box -Viewfinder -16x lens -Microphones -Regular Battery + Charger -Another spare battery -7 inches LCD screen -carrying case Check ebay for good deals !
