Thistle Valley Park, a trailer park on the northern outskirts of Bowmanville has closed down. No doubt an angry tornado is fuming over missing out:

The dwelling to the immediate east of the trailer park, past the stream, looks somewhat inactive as well:

Is this place abandoned (44.077967,-78.610439)? It hasn't seen any activity lately based on the snow covered entrance way:

Across the street from Howard Johnson motel in Bowmanville, this shack is wide open - perfect spot to store a dead body:

A guy i work with jammed with his buddies and drank his face off in that little shack when he was younger. He told me the previous owners of the house next to it owned the property. Dont know if that is the case with the current tenants or landlord

I always thought that shack looked like a really old cabin and it looks like it was put there when the water level was higher.

That has looked derelict for years (at least 10-15 years). I would pass it on my way to the storage unit I had in Bowmanville and never saw any real action around it. That pic is the first time I've seen this place with the door open though.

I am working with the guy tonight. I will ask him how long ago it was he used it and anything else that might be interesting

I know the house next to the trailer park has been active this winter. Maybe it was included in the sale of the trailer park. All the tenants were to be out of the trailer park by february. Many of them had been there for years and had added on permanent structures to the existing trailers. I am sure some of the axles were toast when they tried to move them
