Yes, they are dropping quite a bit. The lower end Quad core (Q6600) will drop to the E6700 price of $530, the E6700 will be dropping to the E6600 price of $316. The E6600 will drop to the E6400 price at $224, and the E6400 will drop to the E6300 price of $183. The E6300 will only be dropping to $163. There will also be a few more processors introduced at the same time.
So the best bargain will probably be the E6700 dropping over $200 in price.
