	Just like Av is handing over management duties to someone else but still "owning" the UER site, so to are the Canadian Federal government - they'll be handing over management duties of the Pickering Airport Lands to a private company, but the Feds will still officially own the lands... http://www.durhamr...323p-3963826c.html
