I have it, kinda love it, looks like Vista, but comes with InfoPath (2006?). That makes it great for me because InfoPath is usually around $150-$200 extra.

I usually don't touch beta editions that often as I know I will be able to grab a copy of the final when it is released, though I have dabbled in vista a bit and I hear this new office has 64bit support?

Yes, 64-bit support.

Just found out that documents created in MS Office 12 do not open in 11 or earlier. Instead of the usual .doc extension, it has a .docx extension. Interesting to say the least.

MS is ripping us off! I have office 2003 and XP and plan on sticking with them as long as possible. But for the most part I'm a Linux guy.

Ive been running office 12 for a few weeks. Its pretty nice, bug free, only problem is that the outlook calander wont sync with my device for some reason. It comes with all this new stuff like groove, which is like some messaging/task monitoring system. The way ms word looks has really changed though. Only problem though is I tried to uninstall office 12 beta and it wont let me, I get some error about an xml file.

I use OpenOffice. Everyone I kow uses Office or Word in some form or another... pisses me off. My small group of computer knowledgable friends all use OpenOffice, with nary a complaint.
