Warlocks, yes...that's pretty much established...in so far as the rumour allows a sinister element viz a viz Satanists, witches, child abductors, human sacrifice, etc. etc. etc. Oh yeah...and wild orgies featuring an Eyes Wide Shut type chamber of sexual congress blah blah blah. Apparently, the city's elite gather to fuck and feast in some subterranean chamber located either near the Ross Bay Cemetary, or under the Empress Hotel, in what was once the mudflats of James Bay (didja know they filled in the flats and built a massive stone hotel there? At the least, it's an impressive feat of 19th century engineering).

I know nothing of Quebecians. I suspect that you're pulling my leg, yanking my chain, etc. Maybe you're even bullshitting me. Who knows? Who cares?
