(Sorry about posting twice in a row)

Ok, the problem is the network card, It is a Dynex DX-E101 And the problem is the driver, The thing won't fucking work, I have gone to their site and you can download the drivers, but the drivers somehow don't work on 98 even though it says they do. Next, to read the installation guide, you have to read the installation guide, you have to install their version of Adobe reader. I installed it, and yet, it still won't let me read the installation guide.

Alright, now with the new network card in there, it recognizes it, and it still thinks the dynex card is in there(it re-installs the dynex card every time I start up after deleting it). Also I keep getting the FATAL ERROR message when I try and run Winipcfg.

Wow, I don't know what you did there. It took me like 30 minutes to get my server running. Reinstall windows maybe. Installing 98 is quick...

Yeah, it's finally all set up, only problem I have now is that when I try and print something from my Workstation, the page that asks me what printer I want to print to doesn't show up for a while, and it's really slow, but I'm gonna work out the bugs later.

Righto,

The compaq has moved on to other tasks and I am looking into getting a wireless print server (the little 60-80 dollar device) that I can plug the following printers into:

Must Support:
Epson Stylus C64
HP Deskjet 3820

Would be nice if it supported:
Canon Pixma IP6600D

It has to be printable from both wireless laptops and wired computers. I spent an hour researching and all I found were reviews telling me to check the compatibility on my printers and I couldn't find that even on the manufacturer's site. Any help greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, where I am going to be placing my printers, I don't have much room. Otherwise I would still use the old compaq. I want to buy one of those little wireless/wired print servers, but I can't figure out which one to get as all I can find are reviews written by people bitching about incompatibility.

well as far as wired go the easiest is to go down to your local PC liquidator and buy a couple of external hp jet directs, reset em to pick up a dhcp address, print a test page, use the adress assigned to go in by your web browser and then assign it an adress, its as easy as pooping down a well
