	Should av make his Forum availible for a price or for free or should he keep it private? I am trying to establish a forum like this but i have no i dea how to so if someone could also help me?

No, and dont waste your time trying. If Av. were to sell it, I'm sure he could put a good price tag on such nice forum softeware. I suggest you just get a phpbboard setup going - for free.

	UER is a beautifuly designed site and the coding is fantastic. I think it would do good and rake in a nice amount of cash.

	From what I understand, Av couldn't give away this forum software if he tried. The entire engine is beastly complicated, spans multiple servers and was never designed to be ported to any other machine. I have to imagine that the effort to port it would be many many hrs worth of work. If you truly want to establish a forum like this then I would suggest becoming intamately familiar with PHP/MySQL or ASP/MSQL. Or there's always the off-the-shelf open source version which is phpbb. Of course that isn't nearly as powerful as this, but that is designed to be ported to other machines.

	I would love to have a copy of this software. I know I would learn a lot from it. On a side note: killersunfish, it would probably be better to use MySQL with ASP. Much better database software, and it's free. All you need is MyODBC (free also).

	I was just writing normal combos. I'm actually in complete agreement, I would use mysql over msql any day. As you pointed out, better software, free, is well proven in a high traffic enviroment. I using mysql right now on my server, except with php instead. Also, it should be noted that Postgresql is also a very nice free database engine.
